- In Sept. 1999, Dongguan Huaxin Precision Mould Co., Ltd was founded in Tangxia Town, Dongguan for the processing of low speed wire cutting.
- In Feb. 2003, Dongguan Ultra Bond Precision Mould Co., Ltd was founded, and its new workshop was put into production for the processing of wire cutting, the design and manufacture of mould, and the punching of hardware products.
- In Sept. 2002, Shanghai Ultra Bond Precision Mould Co., Ltd was founded in Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai for the processing of low speed wire cutting.
- In Sept. 2003, Dongguan Ultra Bond passed the certification of ISO9001-2000.
- In Dec. 2003, Ultra Bond Industrial Co., Ltd was registered in Hong Kong for exploring overseas business.
- In Sept. 2004, Ultra Bond Precision Electronic (Shanghai) was founded in Waigang Town, Jiading District, Shanghai for the processing of wire cutting, the design and manufacture of mould, and the punching of hardware products.
- In Feb. 2005, a land in Jiading District, Shanghai, was purchased for the construction of Shanghai Ultra Bond Industrial Park to meet expanded reproduction.
